Registered Physiotherapist
Lydia takes a special interest in treating all her clients with a holistic approach to healing. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy, with distinction.
She has completed many ongoing education courses offered by the British Columbia Orthopedic Physiotherapy Division, attaining Level 3 (Extremity & Vertebral) certification in 1996. She became certified with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in 2000.
She is also trained in the Gokavi Transverse Technique of Intra-muscular stimulation and in custom orthotic prescription. Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children, as well as reading, going to the gym and doing yoga.
